OnBeet

Terms of Service

Last updated July 15, 2026

The service

OnBeet is a personal running + music app. By creating an account you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.

Your account

You are responsible for your account and keeping your sign-in secure. You must be old enough to hold accounts with the music services you connect (Spotify, Apple Music) and with Strava.

Your content

Your runs, playlists, and share images are yours. You give us the limited right to store and process them to run the service (for example, matching songs to your route or generating your stats). Delete your account and that right ends with your data.

Third-party services

Spotify, Apple Music, and Strava are separate services under their own terms. Music playback requires your own subscription where applicable (previews play otherwise). We are not responsible for changes or outages in their APIs.

Challenges & rewards

Challenges may be operated with third-party brands or artists; any rewards are described in the challenge and fulfilled by their sponsor.

Health disclaimer

OnBeet shows fitness metrics for information and motivation. It is not medical advice. Consult a professional before making training or health decisions, and run safely — stay aware of your surroundings.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse the service: no attempting to access other users’ data, no reverse-engineering our APIs, no automated scraping, no uploading unlawful content.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, data loss caused by third-party services, or injuries sustained while running.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be shown in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
